Q How does ebixPRO charge? ▾
The platform operates on a subscription basis with three plans: Basic, Advanced, and Professional. You can flexibly upgrade at any time based on your business needs.
Q Can I choose between annual or monthly billing? ▾
Yes, you can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing offers a better discount and is ideal for merchants planning long-term brand operations.
Q Are there any other charges besides the monthly fee? ▾
The monthly fee covers all basic features. If you exceed the Email / SMS quota included in your plan, charges will apply based on actual usage. Estimated usage and costs will be displayed before sending.
Q What payment methods are supported? ▾
Currently, we primarily support Credit Card payments. For offline bank transfers, please contact us via WhatsApp; however, relevant promotional offers may be adjusted.
Q How do I cancel my subscription? How long can I use it after cancellation? ▾
You can cancel anytime by completing the process before the next renewal date. The system will not charge you for the new period. You can continue using the service until the current expiration date.
Q Is there a transaction fee after a sale? ▾
The ebixPRO platform itself does not charge any transaction commissions (Transaction Fee).
- Offline Payments (ATM transfer / In-store payment, etc.): 0%
- Third-party Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.): Fees are charged by the respective platforms (typically around 2.5% – 3%).

Q What types of services does ebixPRO provide? ▾
We provide a SaaS online business system, including: eShop setup, Brand App development, and Online Booking systems, helping businesses manage digital sales workflows comprehensively.
Q Is there a free trial? ▾
Enjoy a 14-day free trial immediately after registration to experience all ebixPRO eShop features.
Q Do you support feature customization? ▾
Professional Plan users can request custom development. Our consultants will understand your needs via WhatsApp, followed by an evaluation and quote from our technical team.
📱 Support & Devices
Q What payment tools are currently supported? ▾
We support Credit Cards and popular tools in HK/TW (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, ECPay, NewebPay, etc.).
Q Who applies for the electronic payment account? ▾
Merchants must apply for their own merchant accounts with each payment platform; ebixPRO will provide technical integration and setup assistance.
Q Do you provide an App? ▾
We offer a dedicated Brand App solution. App data is synchronized with the eShop backend. This feature is exclusive to Professional Plan users.
Q How many computers can I log into with one account? ▾
One account is limited to one concurrent login per computer. For team collaboration, we recommend upgrading to the Advanced / Professional Plan to use the multi-account permission management feature.
Q Can I upload videos to my website? ▾
Yes. You can use the "Video Component" to embed videos on product or content pages to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Q Do you provide a Domain? ▾
We provide a free Sub-domain (e.g., xxxxx.shop.ebixpro.com). If you already have your own domain, you can also link it directly through ebixPRO.

Q What notifications will customers receive after ordering? ▾
The system automatically sends order notifications via Email, SMS, or Brand App Push (configurable based on your needs).
Q Does the platform help with product listing? ▾
The monthly plan does not include listing services. A separate quote can be provided if needed. We also provide online customer support to help resolve operational issues.
Q Do you provide data migration services? ▾
We can provide data migration services (e.g., products, member data). A separate quote will be provided after our consultants evaluate the data complexity.
